Based in Hong Kong, Cheese and Wine HK was set up by Ivy Ng in 2018. Ivy is an independent educator in cheese and wine with a wealth of experience in curating creative and educational themed tastings and learning experiences.
Want to learn more about cheese? Become an associate with No2. This Level one course will give you a greater understanding and appreciation of cheese. Delivered over one full day by James Grant from No2 Pound Street, an innovative cheese and wine shop in the picturesque market town of Wendover in the heart of the Buckinghamshire Chilterns.
Level 1 is designed to appeal to anyone with a personal or professional interest in cheese. This will be our first in-person Academy of Cheese Training Programme since lockdown and will take place in historic Jermyn Street, London. It is a full-day event, starting at 9am. The price includes the Academy of Cheese delegate pack, access to the online exam, a light lunch and refreshments.

Our Cheese Concept Store is located in heart of Lisbon with unique architectural environment – Affinage, Meet the Cheesemongers, Tasting and Learning Room.
The course will be taught by Cheesemonger Joao Machado - a cheese learning journey that will capture new experiences and knowledge.
