The Level One course is an introduction to the universe of cheese. You’ll learn the basics of cheese making, cheese aging, and cheese pairing and we will discuss the principles of cheese service and cheese tasting.
The course will consist of 4 hours of individual interactive live webinars, where the theoretical component will be supplemented with practical cheese tasting (cheese not included). It covers all topics contained within the Level One Certification.
This is a perfect course for anyone working towards Academy of Cheese Associate Certification. As part of the course fee, you will have access to the Academy of Cheese online Learning Road and Level One exam (available in English and French language).

All bookings are final, however, if you are unable to attend you can reassign your booking to a new available date or to another person. We require 14 days’ notice prior to original booking date.
