More About Galina
Galina started her cheese journey in 2013, earning a diploma in Cheese History from the University of Rabelais (Tours, France). The following year she qualified as “Sales Advisor in Cheese and Dairy Products.”
From 2015 all the way up to 2021, Galina was the Founder and CEO of “Fromagerie Danard” in Paris, combining the art of traditional cheese sales with her own special twist—a dedicated tasting area where people could dive into the tantalizing world of cheese and wine pairings and in 2017, Fromagerie Danard was awarded the number one cheese restaurant in Paris.
Looking for a new adventure, Galina created “Every Cheese" (formerly Partout Fromage) in 2021: an independent company spreading cheese knowledge to industry professionals and consumers alike. Since then, she has had the pleasure of sharing her expertise as a trainer at CIFCA in Paris and the Academy of Cheese in the UK.
Galina's passion, dedication and linguistic skills are all a driving force behind keeping the international cheese community thriving and she is often called upon to judge at cheese awards around the globe.
