Who should become a Training Partner
Successful Training Partners are passionate about cheese and professional training. We currently boast a highly skilled group of cheesemakers, cheesemongers, cheese writers, wholesalers and restauranteurs as Training Partners, teaching both trade and consumers audiences.
As an approved Academy of Cheese Training Partner, you can deliver our industry recognised certifications as part of your business offering. Whether you are training your staff, consumers or fellow cheese professionals, becoming an accredited Training Partner creates a new income stream for your business.
If you have the cheese knowledge but this is your first venture into delivering professional training, or you’re just looking to refresh your skills, we offer ‘Train the Trainer’ courses throughout the year to allow you to refine your skills.
Becoming an Academy of Cheese Training Partner created a useful extra income stream for the business. We enlist an external trainer to run our courses as we don’t have anyone with teaching experience in the business (of course we would retain more income if we did). It’s a proven way to excite keen consumers and influence key customers. Holding the courses on the farm or even digitally gives our delegates a great insight into our cheesemaking.

Training Partners have the opportunity to teach Level One Associate, Level Two Member and soon to be launched Level Three Fellow courses. The Academy understands the value in having independent smaller turnover Training Partners as part of our community, as such we’ve worked to ensure Training Partner fees don’t become a barrier to joining us by offering two categories of Training Partner: small or standard.
