At Peter’s Yard, we combine Swedish tradition with British craft and natural, quality ingredients to create our hand-baked sourdough range. From our crispbreads and crackers to flatbreads and sourdough bites, each batch begins with a 45-year-old sourdough starter, slowly fermented for 16 hours. Crafted without shortcuts or artificial ingredients for award-winning flavour and crunch.
