What’s happening in the cheese world this month

There is a busy summer of cheese ahead, with competitions, markets, training courses, tastings and masterclasses abound! For now, here’s our round up of what’s on this July; if it’s worth doing, we’ve got it! But do keep an eye on our events page and courses page as we are always adding more.

1. Cooking with Cheese Online Masterclass with Vincent Laloyaux

2. Paxton & Whitfield Online Cheese Tasting

This virtual tasting celebrates the marvellous flavours of traditional West Country artisan cheeses, many of which are included in the Academy of Cheese curriculums. Your tasting will include five fantastic cheeses and artisan crackers. 

3. Chiswick Cheese Market

Held every 3rd Sunday of the month, Chiswick Cheese Market is a great place to buy cheese in London and meet the makers. Pop by to pick up some fantastic cheese from across the British isles and overseas. With over 150 different cheeses on offer you wont be leaving empty handed.

George & Joseph Level One Virtual Cheese Course – Do you like cheese but want to know more about where it comes from, how it’s made, how to look after it, and how to put together amazing cheeseboards? This Level One (Associate) course is aimed at anyone who enjoys cheese – there are no prerequisites to taking part.  It’s lots of fun, and there’s lots of cheese to try.  And you don’t even need to leave home to take part!
