1. Cheese & Wine Pairing Evening – West London Wine School

Love Cheese? Love wine? Get yourself along to West London Wine School’s cheese and wine matching evening and learn about the best cheese and wine pairings to enjoy at home. As well as tasting six cheeses and matching them with some classic wines from around the globe, they will be talking about food and wine matching more generally, giving you some really good tips to take away.
2. Academy of Cheese Level Two Certification with Hands-on Cheese Making

Run by Academy of Cheese experts, and taking place at the eminent Loughry College situated in the heart of Northern Ireland, this hands-on course will bring to life the Level Two modules, making a connection between the theory and the practical skills. Designed for cheese industry professionals and passionate consumers alike that have completed the Academy of Cheese Level One certification.
3. La Fromagerie Cheeseboard Workshop

La Fromagerie, iconic London purveyors of fine cheese, invite you into their cheese room to discover how their skilled cheesemongers curate cheeseboards, through taste, texture and seasonality. As well as some less well-known cheeses, your tasting will include different accompaniments and drinks pairings.
4. National Cheese Lovers’ Day – COMPETITION!

To mark National Cheese Lovers Day on the 20th January, we are giving away a FREE Level One self-study cheese course. The Level One course is your first step to developing a greater understanding and appreciation of cheese. You’ll explore the main types and styles of cheese through sight, smell, and taste, while also gaining the skills to describe them.
5. Cheese Tour of Norwich with Cheryl Cade

Join cheese educator and sommelier, Cheryl Cade and nibble a wedge of history on this two hour guided-walking tour around the heart of Norwich. You will explore local cheeses while being guided by Cheryl to at least 4 specially selected venues so you can taste history and find your favourite cheese.
If you can’t make any of the January dates, the tours run most Fridays and Saturdays throughout the year.
