For 3 days, 8,000 professionals from the dairy industry: creamers and cheesemakers, refiners, distributors, importers, exporters, and chefs will gather around the largest offering of cheeses and dairy products in the world. The Salon du Fromages et des Produits Latiers has established itself as the essential professional event for all players in the dairy sector. Please note, this is a trade-only event.
Nick Bayne from The Fine Cheese Co. will be joining Catherine Housden from The Wine Society to pair four hearty and bold cheeses alongside four equally bold (and delicious!) wines. During the session Nick and Catherine will explain how each of the four cheeses and accompanying wines have been made and why they think the pairing works. It’s the ideal ‘evening in’.
This award-winning cheese shop in the charming village of Pangbourne is welcoming small groups into their Tasting Rooms for cheese and wine tasting. You will be guided through a selection of 5 different cheeses all with paired wines as well as crackers and accompaniments alongside.
After the session the Cheese Shop will be open for you to purchase anything you would like to take home with you.
