The steering committee that have been working on the Academy of Cheese project since 2013 are extremely grateful for all the support and interest shown.  A team from the Guild of Fine Food will be running the first Academy of Cheese Level 1 course on 30 March 2017 to a select group of journalists, potential future training providers and, of course, some of our fantastic Patrons.
