We are delighted to be joined by one of leading advocates of the American farmstead Cheese revolution, David Gremmels of Rogue River Blue, Central Point, Oregon. Rogue River Blue is seasonal and organic, made from cow’s milk and stowed in caves for nine to 11 months. Each wheel is hand-wrapped in Syrah grape leaves that have been soaked in pear liqueur.

David joins us fresh from the success of winning the World’s Best Cheese Award in Bergamo this year, it won out of 3,800 cheeses from 42 countries.

Join us for a very special evening of cheese, wine & conversation hosted by David Gremmels & Patricia Michelson.
For this event David and Patricia will showcase the farmstead US cheeses now in the La Fromagerie Cheese Room, together with seasonal British favourites. This will be a unique tasting experience as the US cheeses are rarely if ever seen outside of their particular state let alone in the UK.

We will also showcase British charcuterie, along with a warming winter favourite of Truffled Mac & Cheese.
