Meet the competitors of Affineur of the Year 2024 and cheesemakers Mary & Jane Quicke and Roger Longman

Join us and our host, Patrick Spinazza, on our second webinar to Meet The Makers & Competitors and hear from some of the biggest names in the cheese industry.

Over two live webinars, we will meet all four cheese makers and 16 competitors and learn how they have approached the competition this year.

At this final round table event, we will have the pleasure of welcoming cheesemakers, Mary and Jane Quicke from Quicke’s Cheese and Roger Longman from White Lake Cheese, as they chat to the competitors and find out how the Cheddars and Solstices have been behaving in their maturing rooms over the past few months and weeks.

This is your chance to hear first-hand the techniques being used by the affineurs; what drove them to enter the competition and how they envisage their cheeses will turn out when it comes to revealing them at the finals event in London on the 12th June.

Joining the panel will be sponsors of the Hard and Washed Rind cheese categories, Chiswick Cheese Market and Curd & Cure, as they share with us their reasons for sponsoring this event.

Join us, FOR FREE, on what is sure to be a lively conversation on the subtleties of affinage and what it’s like to take part in this unique experiment in cheese maturation.
