We now have online learning tools to help you on your journey to passing the exam. There is a Learning Road to read through, cheese library to study the cheeses, a digital version of your delegate pack & cheese tasting record sheets.

Cheese Library

In the library there are all the cheeses you need to learn about and taste for Level One (25 cheeses) and Level Two (75 cheeses). These are carefully selected to cover the Make & Post-Make classes you learnt about on your course.

We will be adding other cheeses in the near future, encouraging cheesemakers old & new to send us their cheese information. 

Each cheese is photographed whole and as a wedge, and includes The Basics, The Story, The Character & Perfect Partners.
