More About Kanako
While bringing up her young children in the UK and Japan, Kanako studied about cheese and built up practical experience as a cheesemonger. In 2013, she set up a business named “Culture & Culture” with the mission to introduce Japanese people (and Japan itself) to the world of cheese, a food which is not widely available, yet, in a country which is one of the emerging cheese making nations! She is a published author of 「とっておきのイギリスチーズ – The very Special British Cheese – the first ever published Japanese language book specialised purely on British cheeses.
