Who are we?

Curd & Cure are a leading, independently owned speciality cheese and fine food wholesaler in London and the Southeast with over 30 years’ experience in the British cheese industry. 

We supply farm shops, delicatessens, premium retailers, high-end caterers and food service groups nationally, delivering in our own fleet of dual temperature-controlled vans across the Southeast. We’re shaking up cheese and fine food wholesale through our carefully curated premium product range including products from some of Britain’s best dairies and cheesemakers, in particular building strong relationships with those who are making innovative, small-scale cheeses. 

With our own in-house cuts facility at our SALSA accredited unit in Kent, we’re one of the few cheese wholesalers who cut down whole cheese, giving our customers a flexible cutting service, enabling them to try new cheeses at a low risk to them. 

Along with our carefully curated ranges, we provide our customers with tailored advice, support, training and knowledge to make local products, local to you – wherever you are in the country, helping to delight your customers and maximise your business’ potential.
