Counter Culture brings the cheese industry together in Portland, Oregon, for a full day of education, tasting and networking with industry peers.
Taking place at Bauman’s on Oak, this trade-only event connects cheesemakers, importers, mongers and buyers for an immersive all-day experience, with education, tasting and networking intentionally woven throughout.
Presenters will share the stories behind their products—the people, places and processes that make them unique—alongside plenty of opportunities for attendees to ask questions, make connections and taste along the way.
The day begins at 9:30am with coffee from Green Dirt Farm. Tickets include lunch sponsored by Peterson Cheese, access to the tasting table and a networking happy hour sponsored by Tillamook.
And the day doesn’t end there: tickets also include access to the After Hours party, keeping the conversation and connections going into the evening.
