We are excited to bring you this event, hosted by Vincent Laloyaux and exclusive to the Academy of Cheese.  Vincent is the director of the Cremier/Fromager training institute in France. Since its creation 20 years ago, Vincent has trained more than 1,000 professionals on the culture surrounding cheese, and  contributed to the quality of service and cheese education in France.
