Farm Tours | British Cheese Weekender

For the first in our series of highlights from British Cheese Weekender we bring you the Farm Tours. Join some of the country’s finest cheesemakers and affineurs from London, Cornwall, Suffolk and Somerset for a rare glimpse behind the scenes of artisan cheese production.

Support your Academy of Cheese studies and bring the theory to life with videos on milk production, cheesemaking, maturing, affinage and grading.
