Cheesemaker and farmer Jonny Crickmore takes us on a tour of Fen Farm, home of the delicious Baron Bigod. Hosted by Academy of Cheese Training Partner Cellarman Sam, the boys explain how cheesemaking really does start with the cows, they take questions on farming, the production process and how the seasons affect the flavours of the milk and ultimately the cheese.
