What delegates are saying about Patrick's courses
Thank you for an excellent course. What's not to love about eating cheese on a damp, grey Monday? It was informative, entertaining and enjoyable, so all in all a great Christmas present.
What a fun day hosted by an inspiring tutor who obviously has a passion for all things cheese. I now have more appreciation for cheese! Thank you Patrick!
