An experienced cheesemonger in the US, Anna launched her unique travel company in 2013, taking food lovers on unforgettable cheese trips from the fromagers of Paris and the cheddar stores of Somerset to the Slow Food cheese festival in Italy and the maturation caves of the Swiss Alps.
During this one-hour tasting with the Academy of Cheese, Anna will give you a flavour of the Cheese Journeys experience, tasting cheeses from some of the amazing places she has visited with her guests over the years and telling stories of the fascinating people behind the cheeses.
Cheese writer Patrick McGuigan, who travels with Cheese Journeys on some of the trips, will be asking the questions and adding his own perspective of what makes the ultimate cheese odyssey.
