Founded by Francesco Biagini, HAURIO was born from the idea of creating a place where culture, art, and knowledge could authentically intertwine through food and wine, generating collective experiences of personal enrichment. For HAURIO, food and wine are the foundation and means for sharing culture.

Francesco is a Professional Sommelier and Sommelerie Course Speaker. He is also a certified Sake Educator for the SSA, the widest association of sake education outside Japan.

Haurio is the only accredited Training Partner for the Academy of Cheese in Italy.
