Dr. Cheese was founded in 2019, focusing on cheese nutrition and innovation. In collaboration with Dutch experts, it produces high-quality cheese tailored to Chinese tastes. After the brand upgrade in 2022, Dr. Cheese introduced the positioning of "Dr. Cheese is Nutrition!" and built its own factory to accelerate product research and development. To support the growth of the cheese industry, Dr. Cheese established the Dr. Cheese Academy (DCA), dedicated to providing high-quality cheese education and consulting services, training professionals, and promoting the spread of cheese culture in China.

奶酪博士成立于2019年，是一家专注于奶酪营养和创新的中国领先奶酪品牌。与荷兰专家合作，生产高质量、符合中国口味的奶酪。2022年，品牌升级强调“奶酪博士，就是营养！”，并自建工厂加速产品研发。奶酪博士还成立了奶酪博士营养研究所，推广奶酪的健康益处。随着销售的快速增长，奶酪博士正朝着成为中国领先奶酪品牌的目标迈进，致力于培养奶酪文化，并成为中国的奶酪中心。
