Cheryl likes to take people on, ‘Adventures in taste’.

She is a qualified tutor, Beer Sommelier, International Beer Judge and has achieved her Level Two with the Academy of Cheese. After discovering she loves cheese as much as beer and their perfect synergy.

She has led a number of award-winning food and drink tours in the UK and Europe focusing on these 2 passions.

Specialising in flavour matching, she will assist you in discovering your own perfect partners.

During her events and courses, she likes to explore the stories and people behind each cheese in a fun light hearted manner.

She currently works with local cheesemakers and retailers to independently promote a Buy Local & British ethos to consumers.
