Christian is passionate to share his cheese knowledge with anyone and take them on a journey through exploring different cheeses.
Christian is qualified in WEST wine, spirts and sake, Sommelier, International Judge and has achieved Level Two with the Academy of Cheese.

He is an entrepreneur and has successfully spread his passion for education to 33 countries and territories in the Americas and will grow his Wineschool3.com business to Australia later this year. His latest project is LePetitbarcayman.com where he will merge his passion of wine, cocktails and cheese as the premier little bar in the Cayman Islands. Patrons will experience how cheese, spirits and wines are a perfect marriage.

He currently hosts events which converts people who are not familiar with non traditional cheese to make them household names when the course is done.

He is currently working on taking the courses internationally (other than his home in the Cayman Islands) to certify other cheese lovers.
