Drawing on her experience as a Fellow and Training Partner of the Academy of Cheese, Andreea will guide you through the principles behind selecting, combining and presenting cheeses in a way that creates a memorable tasting experience.

Designed for cheese lovers, hosts and curious beginners alike, this session explores how different styles, textures and milk types work together, and how accompaniments such as fruit, bread and preserves can enhance both flavour and presentation. You’ll also discover how simple choices in composition and styling can transform a cheese board from casual to professional.

This masterclass takes place as part of the Vatră și Ogradă gastronomic festival at Ferma Dacilor and includes guided cheese tasting during the session.
