About this Masterclass
Join Andreea Popa for a relaxed and interactive cheese tasting experience centred on artisan cheeses, conversation and discovery. Drawing on her experience as a Fellow and Training Partner of the Academy of Cheese, Andreea will guide participants through an informal exploration of the cheesemakers and cheeses featured at Vatră și Ogradă, with space to taste, ask questions and enjoy the stories behind each cheese.
Designed for cheese lovers, curious beginners and anyone who enjoys local food culture, this session offers a more conversational alternative to a traditional masterclass. You’ll explore different cheese styles in an open, convivial setting, while learning more about flavour, maturation, milk types, production and the people behind the cheeses.
This tasting takes place as part of the Vatră și Ogradă gastronomic festival at Ferma Dacilor and is presented in a relaxed cheese bar format.
