Helping Others Discover Cheese

Cheeseneeds.com started as an online culture and equipment supplier providing kits and gifts to the home cheesemaker. Tracey began also teaching classes, which lead to corporate and public tasting and pairing sessions held in some of Canada's most “foodie” cities.

Tracey has been a qualified ACS CCP since 2024 and now, as an accredited Academy of Cheese Training Partner, is helping others discover a passion for cheese education with Level One Associate training.

Tracey is ACS CCP certified and Member of the Academy of Cheese. She runs the Facebook group Learn to Make Cheese with over 53k members, bringing knowledge and support to a worldwide community.

Cheesemaking Expertise

Tracey runs her own courses and consultancy, as well as supplying essentials for the home cheesemaker. She is the author of Cheese Please! and Cheese Log.
