Join us on the third of our live webinars to Meet The Maker & Competitors for your chance to listen to some of the biggest names in the cheese industry.  

At this round table event, we will have the pleasure of welcoming Fen Farm Dairy’s Jonny Crickmore. Jonny is a third generation farmer at Fen Farm Dairy, having worked on the farm helping his father from the age of four! He now runs, with wife Dulcie, this pioneering cheese and butter making business, where his legendary Brie-de-Meaux style cheese is made every day with the warm morning milk from their own herd of Montbeliarde cows. In the third week of April Jonny despatched 5 x 1KG Baron Bigods, all made from the same vat of milk, out to each of the competitors at the age of just a few days old.

Now is your chance to hear first-hand the techniques being used by the affineurs; what drove them to enter the competition and how they envisage their Baron Bigods will turn out after seven weeks in their maturing rooms.
