What to expect:
45 minutes online tasting of three classic cheeses:
- Aged Gouda
- Mimolette
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
Charlie will be looking at the histories, textures, tastes and flavours of the cheeses, and how this reflects on how they are made. The three cheeses are from the Academy of Cheese Level One list and the tasting is a valuable part of that course.
Please bring cheese to the event if you can.
