The Academy of Cheese Level Two Tasting Box is designed to introduce you to 24 of the 75 cheeses studied as part of the Level Two Associate Certification.

This course explores the main types and styles of cheese using sight, smell and taste.

Due to the larger number of cheeses, we have split the Academy of Cheese Level Two Tasting Box into two deliveries. In the first delivery you will find 12 iconic cheeses and then a week later you will receive a further 12. **Sometimes due to supply issues Cheese Etc will have to substitute a cheese, but rest assured it will still be on the Level Two list and it will be a similar style to the original cheese**

The majority of cheeses contain the following ingredients (Allergens are listed in capitals):

MILK, starter cultures, rennet, salt
