I can’t find a course date and time that works for me! What should I do?

Academy of Cheese accredited Training Partners regularly add new dates to their schedule of courses, so keep checking back. And whilst our website lists all of the courses, it is also worth visiting your preferred Training Partner’s own website, as these will have the most up-to-date course information. If you are still unable to find a suitable course, then there are alternative options for you to study with us, via Self-study and Virtual, On-demand Study.

1. Tell us your preferences

Our accredited Training Partners regularly add courses to their training schedule and we do our best to update our website with all of the latest availability. If you would like us to contact you when new courses get released, simply fill in the form and leave the rest to us.

Fill in this form and we’ll let you know when a course comes up

2. Try a different Training Partner

If your local Training Partner doesn’t have any upcoming availability, then it’s worth checking out another partner that offers virtual courses. Virtual courses are hosted by Academy Training Partners, via live webinar, making them accessible to wherever you live…be it in the UK or overseas (just check the time zones and language!). You will study as part of a small group, in a virtual classroom, giving you a fun and interactive way of learning, with guided cheese tasting included.

3. Go self study

The Academy’s e-learning courses allow you to study from anywhere in the world, at anytime of the day, giving you the ultimate flexibility. You get 12 months online access to the curriculum and a year from enrolment to complete the course modules and sit the online exam. Along with all of the study materials you will need, you also get “knowledge checks” along the way to make sure you’re on track.

4. Go virtual with Charlie Turnbull

Cheese expert, international cheese judge and one of the authors of the Level 1 Academy of Cheese programme, Charlie Turnbull takes you through the whole level one curriculum with On-Demand videos, audio and reading materials. As with the self-study option, you will have 12-months to complete your studies and sit the online exam.
