Run by founders Sam and Amy Brice, Freshly Ground PR has been flying the flag for Britain’s artisan cheese scene for well over a decade.
While representing a wide variety of food and drink producers, restaurants, events and more, Freshly Ground PR has spent much of its time working behind the scenes of the cheese world.
Sam and Amy have secured thousands of pieces of coverage for artisan cheese, for the likes of the Academy of Cheese, the British & Irish Cheese Awards, the World Cheese Awards and the Artisan Cheese Awards, as well as lots of Britain’s top cheesemakers.
They are also co-founders of The Real Cheese Project, including editing and publishing the Cheese Crowd zine, and committed supporters of speciality cheese - spending as much time as possible working to raise the profile of artisan cheese in the UK.
