Testimonials
What people are saying about Simon's courses
Simon was able to explain, articulate and provide extensive knowledge on a wide variety of cheeses, why they taste, look and feel like they do, all this with an easygoing and simple delivery. The venue at the courtyard dairy was also brilliant and the team were so accommodating. Thanks Simon!
