The company’s roots date back to 1990, when Ueli and Patricia Moser took over the family dairy and began developing soft cheese recipes. bonCas AG was formally established in 1999, marking a strategic shift toward soft cheese specialisation. After more than two decades of growth in Dotzigen, the company opened a modern, purpose-built facility in Bettlach in 2023 to expand capacity and meet rising demand.
In 2026, leadership transitioned to the second generation—Darja and Dennis Moser—ensuring continuity of the family’s expertise and vision.
