At our second round table event, host Patrick Spinazza has the pleasure of welcoming cheesemakers, Mary and Jane Quicke from Quicke’s Cheese and Roger Longman from White Lake Cheese, as they chat to the competitors and find out how the Cheddars and Solstices have been behaving in their maturing rooms over the past months and weeks.
Panelists include Justin Humphris from No2 Pound Street, Jazz Reeves from Paxton and Whitfield, Nick Bayne and Martin Knapp from The Fine Cheese Co. and Simon Ferro from The Courtyard Dairy.
