At this first round table event, our host, and incumbent Affineur of the Year, Perry Wakeman from Rennet & Rind welcomes cheesemakers, Robin Skailes from Cropwell Bishop and Jonny Crickmore from Fen Farm Dairy, as they chat to the competitors and find out how the Blue Stiltons and Baron Bigods have been behaving in their maturing rooms over the past few weeks.
Panelists include Justin Humphris from No2 Pound Street, Jazz Reeves from Paxton and Whitfield, Nick Bayne and Martin Knepp from The Fine Cheese Co, Roger Longman from White Lake Cheese, Daria Mosman from Neal’s Yard Dairy and Claire Burt from Burt’s Cheese.
