Molly Browne has worked as Education Director at Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin since 2019. Leveraging the deep well of marketing experience and cheese expertise within the organisation, her team created Cheese State University to promote knowledge (and the love of Wisconsin Cheese) amongst cheesemongers. She is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and Certified Cheese Sensory Expert. She serves as chair of the ACS Certification Committee and has participated in the annual Judging and Competition for several years. Molly was inducted into the New World chapter of the Guilde des Fromagers as a Garde et Jure in 2023.
