Academy of Cheese presents an evening of unconventional British cheese tales with The Cheese Bar’s Mathew Carver and Sam Wilkin.

Join us as Mathew will talk you through his mission to encourage people to ‘Eat More British Cheese’ followed by a tasting with Sam Wilkin, Head Cheesemonger at The Cheese Bar. Sam will give you an insight into the Academy of Cheese’s foundation course, walking you through how to taste six British Cheeses and what is best to pair them with.

FRANCE: WHAT GROWS TOGETHER GOES TOGETHER

The Academy of Cheese returns to WSET School London for the first in our new cheese and wine series: what grows together goes together.

This evening explores the stories and flavours of six French cheeses, paired with wines from the same region. Patrick McGuigan, cheese expert and trainer at the Academy of Cheese joins our own Lydia Harrison MW to take you on this delicious tour of different French regions.
