Saturday 13 September
17th “Infiniti Blu® 26” DAIRY COMPETITION.
The 16th Infiniti Blu National Cheese Competition, organised by ONAF and Slow Food Martesana, showcasing blue cheeses made from cow, buffalo, sheep, goat and mixed milks.
Promoted by ONAF and Slow Food Martesana. The competition is open to producers and affineurs of blue cheeses made from cow, buffalo, sheep, goat, and mixed milk.
Producers and affineurs wishing to participate in the Cheese Competition on September 12, 2026, are asked to complete the online forms by midnight on August 31, 2026.
Blue cheese masterclasses
Discover exciting pairings with mead and beer, followed by the Blu e spiriti liberi super tasting, matching Italian and international blue cheeses with wine, vermouth and artisan bitters.

The festivities continue with a producers’ market, Slow Food specialities, street food, wine and plenty of opportunities to taste and buy from producers.
