For 15 years, Hero expertly led Paxton & Whitfield's retail teams, ensuring customers encountered the finest cheeses. Her dedication to the craft extends beyond the shop counter. Hero is a regular judge at the World Cheese Awards, a prestigious title holder for "Cheesemonger of the Year" (2012), and a trainer for the Academy of Cheese since its inception. Hero has empowered hundreds through Levels 1 and 2 courses, sharing her knowledge and infectious enthusiasm.
Most notably, Hero became the Academy's first-ever Fellow, demonstrating her unparalleled commitment to cheese education. Her expertise and passion are invaluable assets to the Academy and the cheese world at large.
