Join renowned cheese expert Tom Badcock for a fascinating masterclass celebrating the national treasures and hero cheeses that define British cheesemaking. Along the way, enjoy tastings while learning how to recognise quality, understand provenance, and appreciate the craft behind every wheel. An insightful and flavour-filled experience for anyone passionate about British food heritage and the art of great cheese.

Beyond Tempering
Follow Alessio Tessieri, founder of Noalya Chocolate, as he shares insights into the origins of each of his chocolates and the story behind them. Acclaimed pastry chef Stefan Rose will then demonstrate how Noalya Chocolate can be applied in modern patisserie. Discover practical techniques, flavour pairings, and versatile ways to incorporate this exceptional chocolate into your own creations.

All Things Fermentation
Come and see Nick Vadasz the founder of Vadasz Kimchi for an inspiring and interactive masterclass, where you’ll learn about the origins of Vadasz and discover first hand how the famous fermented flavours are created. Along the way, enjoy plenty of tasters and samples while gaining insight into the ingredients, process, and creativity behind the range.
