Master of Cheese Assessment, Standards & Learning Outcomes
For an individual to achieve the Master of Cheese accreditation (i.e. Academy of Cheese Accreditation at Level 4) they will have to complete and pass the assessment in each of the supplementary modules which they did not take at level 3. In addition they will need to demonstrate breadth of knowledge and contribution to the industry.
