The Academy of Cheese Level One Tasting Box is designed to introduce you to 12 of the 25 cheeses studied as part of the Level One Associate Certification.
This course explores the main types and styles of cheese using sight, smell and taste.

**Sometimes due to supply issues we have to substitute a cheese but rest assured it will still be on the Level One list and it will be a similar style to the original cheese**
