Why take the course?
Our unique and practical hands-on course will teach retailers of all levels how to run a successful cheese counter. This one day course is for independent deli owners and their teams who are involved in sourcing, buying and selling cheese.
What will you learn?
Suitable for all levels of experience, this course will help new staff get to grips with their role and inspire more experienced staff to engage with customers and refresh their skills and product knowledge.
