Since 2011, Counter Culture has been the place where the cheese industry meets to share knowledge, build relationships, and celebrate the craft that connects us all.
Join the Culture Team at Detroit City Distillery for Counter Culture, a trade-only event that connects cheesemakers, importers, mongers, and buyers in an interactive, educational setting. The day features intensive, full-day sessions with ample opportunity to talk one-on-one and network with your industry peers. You will hear from presenters who will tell you their unique story of origin, people, process, and of course taste!
In addition to the educational content, your ticket includes access to an after-hours Cinco de Mayo party at The Whiskey Factory from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM, featuring a grazing table, and a chance to connect with fellow attendees and presenters in a more relaxed setting. Counter Culture attendees will receive entry plus one drink ticket.
$5 from each ticket will be donated to a local charity supporting food access.
