Stitched Together by Cheese
The American Cheese Society Annual Conference celebrates a vibrant and growing market for world-class, American-made cheeses. Through a strong commitment to education, connection, and celebration, ACS ensures that the next generation of members is prepared to lead the industry into the future.
The ACS community will gather July 7–10, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Inspired by Louisville’s rich quilting heritage, ACS 2026 embraces the theme Stitched Together by Cheese, reflecting the idea that the strongest communities are built piece by piece. Just as every patch, thread, and stitch contributes to a quilt, the cheese community is formed by many interconnected parts — makers, mongers, producers, retailers, and enthusiasts — coming together to create meaningful experiences, shared learning, and joyful celebrations of all things cheese.
The American Cheese Society is pleased to announce that the 2026 Annual Conference in Louisville, KY will feature a new schedule, beginning Tuesday, July 7, with the Cheese Crawl and concluding Friday, July 10, with Meet the Cheesemaker.
In response to attendee feedback, the updated conference timeline is designed to provide even more opportunities for learning, connection, and celebration.
