Tony Yip DipWSET is a Fellow and Accredited Trainer of the Academy of Cheese. He earned his Level One, Level Two and Level Three certifications in 2019, 2020 and 2024, respectively. His love for cheese, sparked in Hong Kong, flourished after moving to France in 2010, driven by a passion for exploring European cultures and heritage. Today, Tony judges wine, sake, spirits and cheese at various international competitions, bridging East with West.
