Price
Prices quoted include all taxes applicable to sales in the UK. Where the company makes a charge for delivery it is specified on the web-site.
Payment
All bookings must be paid in full prior to the course commencement. At the time of booking an email confirmation and receipt will be sent.
Bookings made for a course with an Academy of Cheese Training Partner will be sent an email confirmation and receipt at the time of booking. The said Training Partner will be in contact separately with joining arrangements.
Cancellations
We reserve the right not to accept an order or to cancel, once accepted, any order without penalty. You may cancel an order without penalty provided we receive the notification a minimum of 14 working days before the course commencement.
Your account and use of the website
When purchasing a course you will be registered for an account with Academy of Cheese. You are responsible for preventing unauthorised access to and use of your account. Please ensure that you maintain the confidentiality of your username and password, and take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorised access to and use of your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe that your account is being used in an unauthorised manner or if you believe that your username/password has become known to someone else.
Please ensure that the details you provide when registering an account with us are correct, complete in all respects, and up to date. Please inform us immediately of any changes to these details (including change of e-mail or postal address).
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel at our discretion. If we do cancel, it will be without charge to you.
