Why choose this course
Culture & Culture teaches not only about cheeses themselves but also inspires learners to enjoy cheeses in some sensational ways in the UK, Europe and Japan! You can also learn about the current Japanese cheese scenes during the course, so that they can apply their cheese knowledge gained through the course apply to their life in Japan.
The course takes place over 4 classes:
Class 1 – 3 Zoom online from 10:30am – 12:30pm (UK time)
Class 4 – Onsite in London, from 11:00am – 13:00 (Remote access through Zoom available)
(Westminster Reference Library Meeting Room, near Piccadilly Circus)
The course fee includes:
* The Academy of Cheese Delegate Pack, Japanese language Comprehensive handouts, tasting cheese box, exam fee, access to Culture & Culture’s unique cheese and drink / food pairing database
** Higher fee applicable for the residents in Japan
*** Non-GB (EU) residents the course fee is lower but no cheese will be provided and you need to prepare tasting cheese by yourselves on trainer’s advice

Once you signed up to study you will receive a unique comprehensive Japanese language handout, and access to Culture & Culture’ unique cheese and drink / food pairing database. You will also be invited to special fun cheese tasting gatherings.

– 2月27日(木)Class 2: チーズの熟成、白カビ、青カビタイプ(テイスティング込み)
– 3月4日(火)Class 3: ハード系チーズについて(テイスティング込み
– 3月6日(木)Class 4: チーズの取り扱い、ドリンクとフードペアリング、予備知識*
Class 1 〜 3 は、Zoom オンライン (イギリス時間午前10時半〜午後12時半)
*Class 4 のみロンドン市内 (Charing Cross 駅近く)、対面クラス(午前11時スタート)にて開催予定。
