Urban Cheesemaking in Amsterdam

De Kaasserie was established to promote and explore the craft of making cheese. Thirteen years ago, the founder, Paula Colchero discovered she could make cheese at home, and fell in love with cheese making. De Kaasserie is the place where she brings together her love for design and food and invites others to do the same. Today she runs regular cheesemaking workshops and is a Training Partner for the Academy of Cheese.

Great experience for a small or bigger group! We had fun and we have learnt a lot about cheese itself and the craft of making it!
