Cheese Etc, aka "The Pangbourne Cheese Shop", has racked up numerous awards, thanks to their outstanding range of cheeses and their renowned customer service. As well as selling over 100 artisanal cheeses from the UK and abroad, this small independent runs regular sell-out cheese and wine tasting events, as well as an online cheese shop.

Less than an hour by train from either London or Oxford, Cheese Etc is an award-winning cheese shop in the picturesque village of Pangbourne. With the Thames running through the village, it was the inspiration behind Kenneth Graham’s Wind in the Willows as well as Jerome K Jerome’s Three Men in a Boat and is the perfect tranquil location to come and expand your cheese knowledge!

But why study with Cheese Etc? Academy of Cheese Level One and Two courses are delivered by business owner and head cheesemonger, Jen Grimstone-Jones. Jen has a passion for cheese and loves nothing more than sharing her joy of cheese with others. As a Fellow of the Academy of Cheese, as well as a Certified Cheese Professional with the American Cheese Society and an experienced cheese judge, she will share her love of cheese with you and give you an insight into the life of a cheesemonger. Delegates can expect training sessions to be full of enthusiasm, fun and laughter.
